Kami Rita Sherpa scales Mt Everest for the 30th time breaking his record

54-year-old veteran climber Kami Rita Sherpa from Thame village of Solukhumbu made the 30th successful climb of the world’s highest peak; Mt. Everest (8848m). Breaking his record of 29 successful ascents of Everest (set on 12 May 2024), Kami Rita climbed for the 2nd time in a single season and became the only man on the planet to climb Mt. Everest for the 30th time.

This morning at 7:49 am, Kami Rita Sherpa successfully summited the world’s highest mountain Mount Everest for an incredible 30th time.

This is the Kami Rita’s second summit of the world’s highest peak in 10 days. “He has scaled Everest on May 12 for the 29th time.
